    1. Tooling/mould/die for auto, metal part and auto parts. The maximum dimension of tooling/mould/die we make can reach 2.5m x 1.6m. We have passed the certificate of TS16949 and ISO9001-2008; and we use the advanced production technique to assure that our fabrication process and products can reach the requirements of TS16949 and ISO9001-2008 totally. Our tooling/mould/die mainly exports to America and Europe.

     

    2. Precision metal stamping. We can accept your OEM and ODM order. The metal stamping parts are mainly used in the field of electronic, elelctric appliance, machinery and auto. The accuracy of our metal parts/accessories can reach ±0.02mm.

     

    3. Precision Plastic Injection. We can accept your OEM and ODM order. The plastic injection parts are mainly used in the field of electronic, elelctric appliance, machinery and auto. The accuracy of our parts/accessories can reach ±0.05mm.

     
    4. Precision aluminum die-casting. The maximun ton of our die casting machine is 2000ton(8 sets). The maximum dimension of our die casting products is 1.2m x 0.8m. The accuracy of our die casting prodcuts can reach ±0.05mm.
     
    5. Aluminum/brass cooling fin. We are the leader in the field of CPU cooler as we have been in this field for over 30 years. We can manufacture and assemble aluminum/brass cooling fin for CPU, laptop and led light.
